I will only comment on mine,although there was 7 of us.About a desertspoon of sauce on Prawn Cocktail. Fillet Steak delicious and cooked just right. Price Fantastic My problem is the lady who had got " Manager " on her badge was very unsociable not at all welcoming and gave the impression she didnt want to be there ( maybe best if she was'nt ). No one came to see if everything was ok,but the younger staff we a bit more pleasant than the manager i was dissapointed because the lady i spoke to on the phone was very pleasant, chatty and friendly. All that said the girl who bought our bill was very nice checked to see if our discount had come off, it hadnt so took it back to be corrected, very honest. I havent bee to the hammers for ages although we live down the road, we used to come a lot and always found it welcoming but thank you for giving me the opportunity to air my view.
