Due to the bad weather the conservatory was closed, we were put on table 4 the curtains were closed but it was cold due to the heating had been turned off we mentioned it to a member of staff who turned the heating on, the meals came out one was fine but the other meal was very disappointing the chicken portion was very small and items missing, we did inform annie who most apologetic, it seems the kitchen staff needs too take more interest in what the are putting on the plates , on paying I mentioned to annie that a finger dipping bowl would be a good thing after eating the ribs, she said didn’t you have any wipes, obviously not , we do enjoy enjoy your establishment but it doesn’t take much for people not to return, we will return at some point regards
