Really bad steaks sent two back twice still couldn't get right there were 7 of us 6 steaks the chicken meal off different menu was beautiful.most meals were cold really disappointed as we love the place.felt sorry for the waiting staff wasn't there fault what was being sent out from the kitchen.

Too warm lack of air conditioning

We have always visited this place over the years which has always been good and not sure if they were having a bad night or they have changed staff but service was terrible. We were sat at our table after about 10 mins wait in the bar. Then the lady sat another large group down and preceded to take their order. We were not asked at any point if we were ready so called a waitress over. She said the lady who is seating everyone will take the order. Not sure what the other 4-5 girls were doing but all very young and looked inexperienced. Anyway after our long wait we ordered our meals and asked for some more drinks. After about 10 mins of waiting went to the bar and said not sure if you have a drinks order for our table but can I get them instead. Girl politely said she will have them brought over which they did. Another 15-20 mins passed and as my dad was going outside for a cigarette which is towards the bar asked him to get another drink in and get mine sent to the table. He returned from outside with his beer in his hand and i asked where mine is. I went back to the bar asked for my drink and she said she misunderstood and had poured the drink but thought she misheard the two drinks order. They then tried to give me a warm beer that had been sitting there, refused the drink and they brought another one over. Our meals finally arrived about 1hour 10 mins after our original table booking and to be honest steak was not how i asked for but couldn't be bothered at this point. At the end of the meal asked for the bill, paid by card and then the lady came over and said oh we didn't put some drinks on the bill as they were on a different tab. Paid the second bill and left but really spoilt out celebration meal out, we were a family of 8 and really didn't feel like a valued customer. My family really like this place so no doubt i will be forced to go back but i really hope things improve the next time we go.
