I have attended many brunches in different hotels in different countries. Absolutely at all brunches, in addition to sparkling wine, white and red housewine were also offered in basic packages. Also a very small selection of fruits and berries. Now is the season for strawberries and cherries, which are now very cheap. This could be a nice addition to the fruit section.
