We went to afternoon tea ceremony, it was not the first time, but this time we have to admit, that service was poor. We had to wait for waitres long time, we had to remind her to change the dishes and also the ceremony was without any explaining about when and by who tea ceremony was invented. They just brought all food at the same time on the same plate and served a tea. Previous tea ceremony was amazing, but we can not compare it to this one.

Food was spectacular. Service was professional and attentive - “white glove” service as you would expect. Tables were not dirty but a little streaky with some residue, looked like they had been wiped down after the hotel breakfast and not wiped dry, the result was that the table didn’t look clean though it probably was. Not a major criticism but a detail that an establishment of the standard of Kandinski would probably like to correct.

Alltogether nothing special. It was too quiet. Only a few people, so music would have been nice, but it was just quiet and uncomfortable to talk. Food ok. Service ok, but not as professional as it should have been in Kempinski. Both times I called, my call wasn’t answered, so I had to call back. Will not come back.
