We were a large group (fourteen) for lunch at the Anchor yesterday. Despite the problems that such a number must present, we were looked after superbly by the friendly, obliging, helpful and extremely efficient members of staff. (Sorry to use a general term: I did not ask their names.) Our food was lovely, and the service could not have been better. Thank you, from a happy and contented group. We shall see you before too long.
