Seven of us enjoyed a lovely lunch at the Anchor yesterday. Excellent menu choices, good food food (reasonably priced), lovely surroundings, and, best of all, superb staff, ensured the success of our lunch, and the tone of this review! Thank you.

We enjoyed our food and were pleased with the service. There was a crowd there and so we appreciated not having to wait too long!

The table was nicely laid out for us and the waitresses quickly started on the drink order.Our meals all came in good time. Thank you very much for a lovely lunch break on our day!

Not a good place to sit and eat facing toilets watching queues of people in & out whilst trying to enjoy plate of food never again!
Always fabulous friendly efficient service and good food
