As usual the service was excellent even on a busy Sunday. Our guests enjoyed their food and are looking forward to coming back soon

The chicken breast stuffed with goats cheese was absolutely delicious and the venison patty was juicy and very tasty. Service as usual was fab -Lydia and her team are what makes the Anchor

Have become quite fond of this establishment over past 10 months…… Only minor fault…..menu could do with a refresh possibly ! We both chose a rump steak meal recently & have to mention was impressive to say the least !
Enjoyed the meal, which was well presented and full of flavour. Very attentive and friendly staff. Will visit again.
