Sadly the meal wasn’t very good - standards seem to have dropped considerably since we were last there about six months ago. Won’t be rushing off their again. However must commend the waitresses who were very good and doing their best

We had large party of 13 people for a memorial 70th birthday celebration, the food was amazing and the service fantastic can’t thank The Anchor team enough.

Order taken quickly, however waited about 50 minutes for food to come out. Had to ask staff where our order was and came out within 5 minutes. Many times before the service and food has been excellent. Steak was over done but still very nice. Wife’s burger roll was burnt but didn’t detract from overall flavour. Will be back for another chance

The Anchor hosted a surprise party and it was such a lovely day. The setting, the food , the staff all 100%.

Food was excellent. Service a tad slow, I imagine that was due to it being busy and possibly under staffed. All staff were super friendly even though they were rushing around. Thank you for a great evening

New to the village of Ringmer and wanted to experience local pub which did not disappoint. Will return with my family and friends. Food great and service. Thank you.
Nice pub, food was ok but very much like every other county pub. Shame, as the building had a lot of promise. Why is everywhere so keen on burgers & carb heavy meals?
