I booked the snug for my birthday and we were well attended to by the staff although we did have to ask for menus. The menu was not very exciting and a few of us decided not to eat a main course because the options didn't feel worth spending money on. The atmosphere is always good and we felt really comfortable there. I do think the decor is just a bit too busy and random but overall we all had a great time and the space is perfect for a low key celebration

7 of us had a lively time. Varied choices all arrived promptly and hot. Good choice on the menu. Good beer too. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Excellent roast beef carvery served soon after ordering. It went down well with Harvey's old ale.
Always delish food. Worth the trip if you’re not a local resident. Their Sunday roasts are insane!!
