Overall we had a good works Christmas meal. A few comments about the food that I thought I’d share is that the nut roast was OK (not hugely tasty) the apple crumble was disappointing, the soup didn’t really have a hint of chilli. A few mix ups over the food that were sorted but no condiments to go alongside the turkey which we did have to keep asking for and the veggies were a bit bland! Overall we had a nice time and the food was good. Staff were very helpful and polite. Thank you

All great. The food was very good, beautifully served and with care. Good quality and fresh bread. It’s impossible to please everyone but I would have welcomed some windows opened as it was busy in there. Great service and friendly staff.

Lovely Christmas meal, staff were excellent and the food and service were brilliant. We will definitely be back!

Superb Sunday roast, one roast beef and one nut roast and both were delicious. The staff are friendly and happy and the pub has a proper comfortable feel to it. Highly recommend.
