We had a lovely meal with our family & I especially enjoyed my seafood linguine yummy! Only thing I would say the menu doesn’t have much choice. But everything else was excellent.

The waitress was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. Food was wonderful just a shame on the slow service due to staff shortages.

Service a little slow because it was so busy and there was only one waitress but she was very pleasant and helpful.

Regularly used to come here for our lunch after a board meetings and usually enjoyed ourselves. This visit was disappointing as the choices were limited, there was no side vegetables available and the food was at best ok. The service delivered without any joy. Not a good lunch this time.

The most consistently excellent country pub in East Sussex. And I've been to many. Keep it up guys
