My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch on Sunday 29th September. Delicious food, great atmosphere and very friendly people. Would highly recommend The Anchor Inn.

We chose to eat at The Anchor as the establishment that we normally use has nose dived in quality of food and service . Wow what a great pub The Anchor is , from the moment you walk through the door you feel welcomed . The service and food was fantastic. This is also a genuinely dog friendly pub , no having to seat in certain areas. The pub dog gives every table a visit , just to see if you leaving anything , which in this case we didn’t as it was all scrummy . We will be back .

The food was better because the best chef was on duty. We can really tell the difference.
