Very good quality food, service and atmosphere. We always love coming to the Anchor as the staff are always so helpful and friendly & the food is always sublime!

The sandwich and ploughman contain virtually the same contents but the sandwich was much cheaper and better. Ploughman was disappointing.

Great pub with very friendly service. Fish and chips were great and the chips were the best we have had for a while. Burgers were a little disappointing.
