The service was impeccable with waitresses being clear, kind and helpful at all times. Some food was good but the vegan alternative for the falafel dish was disappointing. I recently had a dish at Bills in Windsor and at Zizzis in Bracknell where the dishes contain vegan yoghurts and other alternatives which ensured both dishes were delicious . I appreciate though that it’s easier for chains to have bespoke vegan dishes . The falafels themselves were delicious; it just would have been nice to have some sort of vegan yoghurt sauce with the salad and maybe a rice side with. A Moroccan twist. Take a long ok at Bills “Hippy bowl” if you want inspiration- think it would go down well with non-vegan clients maybe.I’m more dairy free than vegan as intolerant of dairy. We also felt it would have been good to have one or two healthier desserts- maybe strawberries or a berry compote with option of a vegan ice-cream or cream with vegan shortbreads.
