Hours & Staffing
- The gym will available for member use only during supervised hours Monday to Friday 6:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday/Sunday/Holidays 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- No FOB times
Gym Usage
- Gym use must be reserved in advance through the on-line booking system found here
- Please follow all directions signs
- Reservations will open up 7 days in advance.
- No limit to the number of bookings a member may request.
- Work outs times are 75 minute intervals
- A maximum of 6 members allowed per work out session
- Members are asked to wait in the designated waiting area until fitness staff opens the gym doors
- Machines will have signage indicating which machines are available for the session.
- Any moveable equipment (handles/dumb bells/ plates ect) please leave used equipment in the hula-hoops identified throughout the gym.
- Please wipe down equipment after use with our disinfecting wipes
- Water fountain is available for bottle filling only
- Washroom will be available for member use and disinfected on a regular basis
- Please maintain a 6ft physical distance between members and staff.
- Masks and face coverings are mandatory indoor but may be temporarily removed for physical activity. Please wear a mask while moving about the gym.
- Employees will be wearing masks
- Members are to exit the gym through the back exit door.
- After the conclusion of each session, the gym and equipment will be sanitized.
Fitness Classes
- Studio classes will not be available
- Some zoom and outdoor classes will continue to be available with participation numbers increasing.
- No equipment provided
Personal Training
- Personal training will be offered in 30 minute sessions in the studio, valley or gym.
- Members may book their personal training session through the fitness manager
- Only 1 trainer and 1 client (or 2 clients if from the same family household) permitted per session
