First visit to the Bolney Estate - beautiful surroundings and a relaxed vibe in which to enjoy the delicious food and of course some very nice wines. I will definitely be back.

Although it was extraordinally busy when we had lunch the service and food was as usual friendly and efficient .

Would love to say the food was great,but arrived on a lovely sunny day having booked inside and they happily moved us out to the sun. Reviewed the menu selected with wines helped by fantastic waitress to then be told we were too late for breakfast and too early for lunch. Unfortunate but ok we said we could not wait so queued to pay for coffees when the poor waitress had to deal with incredibly rude manager and some other man from kitchen who asked her who was asking for food and for her to deal with them as they clearly didn’t want to speak to their customers, regardless of the fact they were standing next to said customer. Until then was ok with situation, strange they take a booking when they can’t supply food but hey ho, not fine that they were unpleasant and disrespectful to their own staff and rude in front of customers, made for an uncomfortable situation, came over as sexist as pointed by the man in our group.Sadly won’t be going back until management changes.

We didn't eat so don't take that as a review! Couldn't submit without a response, just came for wine flights. throughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking vines. Very peaceful. We returned the following day to buy wine!
