Our Eighteen Acre Café has a stunning viewing balcony overlooking the ripening vines. It’s a great place for a spot of lunch or catching up with friends over a glass of award-winning wine. All our food is locally sourced and our chef serves up scrumptious dishes for brunch and lunch.  We've created a tasty menu you'll love; from warming winter dishes perfectly paired with our wines, to daily specials carefully created by our chefs with the freshest seasonal ingredients.

We are now taking table bookings from 19th May onwards. Unil then, we are operating a walk-in service only. Our cafe is open on Wednesday to Sunday from 9am – 4pm (food service stops at 3.30pm on Weds - Sat, and 3pm on Sun). On Monday and Tuesday we are open for take-away tea and coffee only.

Please note: All guests, including café and tour guests (with the exception of minors under the age of 11 and people with medical conditions that preclude them from wearing face coverings) are kindly asked to bring and wear face coverings when travelling through our shop area. We also ask that all visitors to Bolney follow government guidelines regarding COVID 19. As a result, only parties from the same household are permitted to book a single table in our café. Please note, all members of the party are required by law to register their own track and trace details. Find out more about this here.

Please note that you will have 2 hours for your table booking.

Enjoyed our visit yesterday, friendly and attentive staff, nicely spaced table and all covid secure which made for a relaxing Bolney Bubbly breakfast. Only minor quibble, still no decaf tea on offer. One of the few now not to have this available.

The roast dinner portion was overcooked and portion small for the cost. We had a wine tour after lunch and was also disappointed with the wine pours given the cost, it felt very scrimpy and expensive for what was essentially a very small wine tasting. In hindsight the wine flight would have been a much better choice!

Lovely setting, incredibly friendly waiting staff-knowledgable and made to feel really welcome. We only had a few small plates, with a cheese and meat board, and all tasty.

We were gratefully seated on the balcony. Our only - very minor comment - is that when you replace the existing furniture you use tables that long legged patrons can get the legs underneath! The overhang of the table top isn't very generous and it's difficult to sit as close to the table as I'd have liked. Only a very mild criticism!
