Lovely brunch is great space

Hi guys, despite arriving 1hr 20 mins late (the M4 was shut!), the team still held our table which was great. In general, the service was excellent - Ed in particular, was very engaging & interested about wine. The wines themselves were also great, the Blanc de Blancs was my favorite, just pipping the BdN! In terms of continuous improvement, here's some feedback from me, for what it's worth... 1. Parasols could be available at all of the tables on the cafe terrace 2. The wine list had no mention of the vintage - I originally assumed they were all NV (which would've been v unusual for English Sparkling!) 3. The phone line wasn't manned at all (we tried several times on Sun) - perhaps diverting to a mobile, held by one of the team, could be the answer 4. Despite buying 3 bottles (BdB 2017, BdN 2015 + your lovely Gin), the 10% discount seemingly only applied to wine purchases - surely, this could be extended to include your Gin etc? That said, my wife & I had a lovely time & will definitely be back! - Robin arranged for a complimentary glass of Bubbly on arrival + some delicious fudge as a Birthday surprise - this was very much appreciated :-) Thanks & Kind regards, Craig Preston (Wine Planning Manager @ Naked Wines UK)

I bought my mum a gift voucher for Mother’s Day for a taster tour, which was absolutely lovely and a very nice way to sample the wines. We then stayed for lunch and continued to taste more of the wines with a wine flight. This is such a good idea! The food was amazing and thoroughly enjoyed by both of us. Wonderful day and can’t wait to come back again.
