Our Eighteen Acre Café has a stunning viewing balcony overlooking the ripening vines. It’s a great place for a spot of lunch or catching up with friends over a glass of award-winning wine. All our food is locally sourced and our chef serves up scrumptious dishes for brunch and lunch.  We've created a tasty menu you'll love; from warming winter dishes perfectly paired with our wines, to daily specials carefully created by our chefs with the freshest seasonal ingredients.

We are now taking table bookings from 19th May onwards. Unil then, we are operating a walk-in service only. Our cafe is open on Wednesday to Sunday from 9am – 4pm (food service stops at 3.30pm on Weds - Sat, and 3pm on Sun). On Monday and Tuesday we are open for take-away tea and coffee only.

Please note: All guests, including café and tour guests (with the exception of minors under the age of 11 and people with medical conditions that preclude them from wearing face coverings) are kindly asked to bring and wear face coverings when travelling through our shop area. We also ask that all visitors to Bolney follow government guidelines regarding COVID 19. As a result, only parties from the same household are permitted to book a single table in our café. Please note, all members of the party are required by law to register their own track and trace details. Find out more about this here.

Please note that you will have 2 hours for your table booking.

Really enjoyed afternoon at Bolney, wine tasting looking over the vineyards. Flight wine option is great if you want to try all that’s on offer. Salt and pepper squid was delicious. We also ordered cheese board. Cheese looked a little dry and the Brie choice needed to be fully flavoured to carry the wine. Service was great. Wine pairings were great. Tables were rattan design so lots of crumbs from previous diners wedged in between the wicker. Maybe new furniture could be purchased to compliment contemporary building design?

A very enjoyable lunch. Sat outside, what an amazing outlook, very calm and peaceful. Helpful staff. Nuce when we got a table in the sun.

We loved everything about our visit (food, wine, ambience, outlook) apart from the service which was pretty dreadful. The individual people were lovely but there simply weren't enough staff to cope. We were left waiting for far too long and had to leave before the dessert arrived. I just hope for your sakes that we caught you on a bad day and that normally the service is much better. If this aspect could be improved we would certainly recommend you.

Very good and enjoyed it. I would say I forgot the deposit I had paid and it wasn’t deducted off my bill (small I know but it should have happened)
