Our Eighteen Acre Café has a stunning viewing balcony overlooking the ripening vines. It’s a great place for a spot of lunch or catching up with friends over a glass of award-winning wine. All our food is locally sourced and our chef serves up scrumptious dishes for brunch and lunch.  We've created a tasty menu you'll love; from warming winter dishes perfectly paired with our wines, to daily specials carefully created by our chefs with the freshest seasonal ingredients.

We are now taking table bookings from 19th May onwards. Unil then, we are operating a walk-in service only. Our cafe is open on Wednesday to Sunday from 9am – 4pm (food service stops at 3.30pm on Weds - Sat, and 3pm on Sun). On Monday and Tuesday we are open for take-away tea and coffee only.

Please note: All guests, including café and tour guests (with the exception of minors under the age of 11 and people with medical conditions that preclude them from wearing face coverings) are kindly asked to bring and wear face coverings when travelling through our shop area. We also ask that all visitors to Bolney follow government guidelines regarding COVID 19. Disappointing visit. Service slow. Full English was good , bacon sandwich poor, both overpriced. Disappointed with shop.

We had a very pleasant breakfast, overlooking the vineyard, but there only seemed to be one waitress, who seemed rather overstretched. Wasps were a problem, which rather spoiled the experience. I don't know if anything could be done to reduce the problem. The one thing that surprised me the most was that, although you are a vineyard, there was no attempt to even offer a drink with the meal. I had expected that bucks fizz at least would have been offered with breakfast, but we had to ask for a drinks menu. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and we thought that we would make it a bit special. I feel you are really missing a trick by not promoting your wines more with the food.

Think on a busy Saturday morning, more staff than 2 front of house. The waitress and lady sitting making coffee etc, running around, really needed 3, as I left lots of food waiting to go to table. 2 very hard working ladies couldn't keep up, both very pleasant. Dog bowl on terrace would be good

We waited a long time to be served, the food arrived 1st after 35 mins, I had to ask where the drinks where, they appeared after another 5 mins (so 40 mins total). I asked for fresh bread with the cheeseboard, 3 tiny pieces and a lot of toast? I asked for more fresh bread and was presented with more toast after I had eaten all the cheese. The portions are very small and should be labelled and priced as starters. A very disappointing visit, we have been many times before. The waiting staff were lovely but there weren't enough of them, it was clear the tour was being given priority.

Excellent venue to meet and catch up with family and friends we felt relaxed and unhurried. Particularly enjoyed the recommended wines, and lovely view of the vineyard.

Table booked for 1:30, waited 15mins for a menu & bottle of water. Food & drinks arrived together at 2.05 so we literally sat at the table for 35 mins with just a bottle of water! Not impressed.

Setting superb indeed. Food very average and needs toning up a level or two to meet the exceptions of the environment and the customers attending. Waitresses clearly doing their best indeed but needed to have one or two or them to manage all who were there. However, was lovely indeed to be there.

Thoroughly enjoyable visit. The small plates with wine pairing is a great idea and works very well. Especially liked the Blanc de blancs!
