I suggest that when people book lunch on the days you are not serving main cooked main course you let them know. It is a simple thing to do, but it was a surprise to us. Service was poor, with our last course not even cleared before bringing the scones. No the standard I would have expected from a well respected winery

Food was brilliant, really enjoyed it!! Service was slow, didn’t clear our plates and it was very hard to get attention. Unfortunately we had to ask several times for the same thing and a missing item in the order. Which was removed from the hill as a kind gesture. The service was a shame, but will defo be back as the food was superb

The updated cleanliness procedures were excellent. I noticed staff cleaning down tables & chairs on a table next to us as soon as that table was vacated. I did have a look in the shop when we left but found no prices on the products and no staff available to help as they were busy serving. I therefore looked online and came back today to buy a bottle of Bolney bubbly. I did have to wait to be served as staff were busy again. This would be my only negative comment that by taking away the sales point which was staffed at the entrance there now seems to be a lack of staff for the shop. Thanks we had a lovely breakfast and will be back again soon.

A fantastic way to celebrate a birthday and the staff were wonderful and accommodating. Love it here and always looking forward to coming back
Whilst the serving staff were very pleasant, it did seem that the cafe area was short staffed. It took a long while for menus and food to arrive.
