I arrived with my elderly father in a wheelchair & received excellent customer service. Everyone was extremely helpful, holding the lift door, finding a more appropriate chair for my father to sit in, extra cushion, taking a photo, waiter was lovely & was the food. It made the lunch experience & very pleasurable one. Your venue is now very much on our list to return to. Thank you again. Rob.

A little disappointed to be honest. Firstly I booked a table a 10 days in advance and asked for a table by the window but we were given a large bench just for two of us which lacked a cosy private feel. Attentiveness for service was poor we had to wait over half an hour to order our drinks and I then had to go and find someone, had to ask for the menus had to go to the till to get the bill. Once gaining the waiters attention they were all very polite and pleasant and helpful but it would have been better to have one waiter per table and they could keep better track of what was going on and the tables requirements. Food was very nice, but would have liked more choice on the larger bites menu. It was a special meet up lunch for myself and a friends birthday and it really was marred by the aforementioned points. To be honest I will think twice about booking again.

Service extremely good our waitress was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic.

Not our first visit to Bolney Wine Estate. A thoroughly enjoyable experience as usual, look forward to our next.
