Our Eighteen Acre Café has a stunning viewing balcony overlooking the ripening vines. It’s a great place for a spot of lunch or catching up with friends over a glass of award-winning wine. All our food is locally sourced and our chef serves up scrumptious dishes for brunch and lunch.  We've created a tasty menu you'll love; from warming winter dishes perfectly paired with our wines, to daily specials carefully created by our chefs with the freshest seasonal ingredients.

We are now taking table bookings from 19th May onwards. Unil then, we are operating a walk-in service only. Our cafe is open on Wednesday to Sunday from 9am – 4pm (food service stops at 3.30pm on Weds - Sat, and 3pm on Sun). On Monday and Tuesday we are open for take-away tea and coffee only.

Please note: All guests, including café and tour guests (with the exception of minors under the age of 11 and people with medical conditions that preclude them from wearing face coverings) are kindly asked to bring and wear face coverings when travelling through our shop area. We also ask that all visitors to Bolney follow government guidelines regarding COVID 19. As a result, only parties from the same household are permitted to book a single table in our café. Please note, all members of the party are required by law to register their own track and trace details. A beautiful setting but the service was a little dysfunctional due to under staffing. The staff working were really lovely though, despite the delays. The food is good but quite expensive for brunch.

Food was great. The waiter initially tried to give us tasting glasses for our wine which once pointed out he went and got some. And service was quite slow and disorganised considering by the end of the meal we were the only table in the restaurant. But everyone was pleasant. Having worked in fine dinning honestly you could make the restaurant so much more especially because it’s so beautiful

For teh 2nd time runing the service was really slow, had to chase for an order. A reall shame as teh food, wine and setting is great. Lacking leadership somewhere i suspect.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the tour was amazing with a really informed lady showing us around. I don’t normally leave feedback for things but honestly the lunch service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. The servers were perfectly friendly but just didn’t bring anything we asked for. We asked for tap water three times, ketchup, a menu, the bill. Honestly I have never been so ignored, I just went to get these things myself in the end. Disappointing considering it’s not a cheap meal. Definitely a lot of room for improvement.

They did get the bill wrong at first which I noticed and then they amended it. I wasn’t particularly happy with this but otherwise it was lovely

the grey day was the only thing that spoiled what could have been a perfect lunchtime, otherwise very much enjoyed it.
