Awful service especially from one female bartender who told me that despite the fact that I had booked a table, they had let too many other people who hadn’t booked in and did not feel they could turn those people away. She was not at all apologetic and simply shrugged and smiled when I expressed my dissatisfaction and disappointment. In the end, I found my own table (albeit with only 2 chairs for a group of 4). The same bartender said that there no more chairs in the whole venue and said we would have to make do with only 2 of us being seated at the table and 2 people standing. I then went to the outside area and immediately found 2 more chairs so it was clear that she had not looked properly. Horrific service especially given I had pre-booked. Incredible music from the DJ- the only saving grace.

For a cocktail bar, drinks were pretty slow. Waited about 15 mins for two basic cocktails. Music was good but just way too loud if you wanted to have conversation with the person you were sat next too. - didn’t have any food

Poor service

The one cocktail we managed to get was lovely but there was not enough staff so in the hour and a half we were there we only managed one drink - definitely won’t be returning!
