We had such a great night! However the experience was damaged at the end of the evening.. we had asked for the bill , the bill came and we advised we would be paying by card - to which the response of the staff member was “ that’s fine, it’ll be a few minute wait for the card machine “ if you had cash it would be easier .. I don’t carry cash, so I was happy to wait .I proceeded to order my Uber as on a Saturday night it can be quite difficult to get one when you need one! The Uber was 10 minutes away. We waited and waited for the card machine, the staff member kept on saying it was with a large group and it would be only a few more minutes … 10 minutes had passed and our Uber was outside , we still hadn’t been able to pay for our drinks.. I kindly asked the staff member if he was able to get the card machine as we needed to get in the Uber and I didn’t want to cancel as it would cost me more money.. to my surprise he was back with the card machine within in seconds .. I apologised continuously for interrupting the large group and thanked him for getting it. He didn’t even look at us when taking payment, didn’t apologise for the time wasted and didn’t say thank you when we paid it in fact say goodbye .. (standard manners) I just found it to be extremely rude and that last 10/15 minutes of poor customer service ruined the experience!

Didn’t eat but as everything else was lush I’d assume the food is pretty good too! But everything else was fantastic!
