It was a quiet Sunday night, bar was fantastic, attentive and efficient!

Birthday party in moonshine bar . Was dissapointing as bar not open to get drinks ..table service only and could not pay as you go when ordering which was very complicated leaving it impossible to sort . Some drinks not received but ended up paying . Such ashame as love the bootlegger staff abd cocktails . Understaffed for amount of people to serve .

We booked in advanced and we’re given a table which was incredibly small and needed to fit 7 people around. Plus we were put in the back room which was occupied for w private party. We had our order taken and it took 40 minutes to come and in the time between, we had 2 members of staff ask for our order but had no idea where our order was and then had to repeat it. Then double the drinks turned up at once after 50 minutes since ordering. Then, when asked for the bill, it didn’t come until 20 minutes later and then we had to leave so went to the bar and then was told it was cash only. We just about had enough to cover the majority in cash as we weren’t told when booking, entered the establishment or when ordering as a FYI. So overall, I’ll only ever come back if it’s guaranteed we would be the only guests as there’s no way I would return with a group of people - it was embarrassing, we waited too long and the service was just terrible.
