Excellent experience at Carvv, the staff were very friendly and the food was delicious, it was great value as well

It was my first time at Carvv Steakhouse and overall it was enjoyable. The food was good and the service was excellent. We were placed by a window. However, the outside view was hindered by a column exactly by our table. I think that a better place could be offered as the restaurant was not fully busy. Secondly, six weeks ago my wife and myself stayed for a weekend on half board basis at the hotel and where given a letter for 50%voucher on wine and €7 less on food. Yesterday, on paying we informed the waiter about this letter and he politely informed us that the voucher was valid only during the stay. He apologized for this. We paid the full amount and end here. However, the letter was not clear to state that the discount was valid during our stay. Though the food and service were excellent, these factors tarnished a bit the whole experience. Thanks

We loved it. Only negative is that desserts are a bit pricy.
