Really nice pub to eat in, roaring fire and very pleasant staff. Good grub too…would recommend!

Table by the roaring fire on a wet and windy day. So cosy and very delicious roast dinner.

Hi I was notified that I made a reservation at your Inn but it was not me who made it. You might remember that I reserved a dinner in Sept for my family. I still live in Canada and it is quite a drive to your in from here. We had a great time at the Crown and we're very pleased with the food and service.we hope to visit England again some day and will see you then. Thanks again Bryan Oram

We felt the menu provided only a limited choice, we expected a more exciting and varied menu given your reputation. Some dishes were expensive given the portion sizes. The service however was efficient, friendly and attentive.
