We hadn’t been to the Crown Inn for a while, so decided to try Sunday lunch. Absolutely fabulous food, friendly and helpful staff, all set in a beautiful traditional olde world setting. We have booked again for November and December, may even pop in for lunch sometime soon. Really good, thank you.

We ate at The Crown on our first and last nights in the area. The first time at short notice and were very grateful to manage to find somewhere so late in the evening to accommodate us. Really friendly welcome from bar and restaurant staff. All our food was excellent on both occasions - beautifully cooked and presented, good portions and wonderful flavours. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely recommend.
Overall room 3 was very good but it was noisier that we expected on Saturday night. With regards to menu's we were disappointed with the limited choice on Sunday evening. However, thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and thanks for your personal attention.
