Have been twice before and loved it. Service very slow this time, had to wait over an hour for food and ended up going to the bar to order extra drinks. Food was great though.

The food was not its normal quality which is disappointing especially given the cost. The service was unfortunately poor & had to ask numerous times for cutlery & condiments

Hi, It was our first visit to your restaurant. I never give bad reviews, especially to small businesses, so I hope you take this as constructive criticism. Firstly, I’d like to say how lovely your waiting staff were. They were really trying their best in a poor situation. Clearly understaffed, 2 waiting staff and only one bar. They simply couldn’t get drinks out to customers in a decent time. We ordered our drinks and meal together and waited a whole 30 minutes before we received our drinks. I did ask a few times, but the girls simply couldn’t keep up with the orders. We then waited a further 30 minutes for our food to arrive. The steak and pork had lovely flavours, but were both cold, flatbread hard and difficult to swallow. We couldn’t eat the chicken wings as they tasted of disinfectant. I did tell one of the waiting staff about the wings as it was quite concerning, but made it clear that I didn’t want anything in return (although an apology would have been nice) however I wanted the chefs to know that something was clearly amiss with the product. We were obviously still hungry and my husband managed to convince me to try a dessert. I was reluctant after our meal, but gave in. Luckily I was happy that I did, as the chocolate brownie sharing dessert was delicious and without a doubt the best part of our experience. I really do hope you manage to sort out these issues. Excellent food, drink and service. Only a minor quibble: I asked for the sharing steak to be medium but it was rare. My husband took full advantage of that though and eat the lot. We will definitely be back.
