Delicious!!! Lovely service & atmosphere

Food was excellent and service was very good. There was some confusion with two waiters taking our order (after the kitchen ran out of bao) and we received more fries than we wanted. The only let down was the table we were seated at in the corner. It was a very tall table and the chairs (bar stool style) were high but not high enough for the table. This made eating a tad uncomfortable. Overall, we still very much enjoyed our experience as the food was excellent, but the high table should go.

I will not be leaving a negative trip advisor review simply as business are already facing difficulties following the pandemic, however, i hope that this feedback does reach senior management. I am extremely disappointed at the whole experience my table of 10 faced last night. The experience of booking with lack of communication and clarity including changing the time of the table without telling me, to not telling me the table was only booked for 2 hours which simply isn’t enough time for a meal, desserts and drinks. During the meal, w were totally rushed and watched towards the end of the meal as you wanted the table back, but were happy enough to allow the table to order a bottle of wine and cocktails without saying prior that we would be kicked out of the restaurant. Two members of the party had physical mobility issues which was clear to see, hence why we wanted to stay in one venue for longer then two hours. The food was served... halloumi truffle fries where there was approx 6-7 dice size pieces of halloumi is simply unacceptable. I do think that the customer service at booking stage, during the meal and when ending was incredibly shocking given the price point and expectations set by dark horse via social media.

Food was incredible, wanted to order everything off the menu! Had the fillet steak and sea bass… just wow. Lovely staff, very accommodating
