We always enjoy eating at the deck, the staff are always friendly and Efficient, we are always made to feel welcome, it was my first time having a roast and I enjoyed it but to make it better I would prefer my meat less done and my potatoes more done. Apart from that we will continue to be happy returning customers .

The menu for Sunday is reduced which is not advertised on the website. We travelled 2 hours to enjoy the sharing platter for a special occasion which was not available. The staff got my order wrong which they half heartedly rectified and also served my boyfriends roast dinner without any roast potatoes. When the potatoes arrived, they were not roast potatoes and were cold. Furthermore, no one asked how our meal was (probably because they knew it was substandard) and were not offered desserts or coffee. We waiting 25 minutes outside and then requested the bill where again no one asked how it was. Very poor and an incredible shame.

Normally fantastic. Service was great and you guys were busy (why I didn’t complain) but the breakfast was not up to your usual. Couple of bits were cold, there was a load of cabbage dumped on the top of it, Normally can’t fault you guys.

Always enjoy eating at the Deck. Do find their toasted muffins and bacon are a bit tough to cut through .. but that won’t stop me going. Super staff.
The restaurant was very busy and the service slow. We would have appreciated some communication about this. We realise that fresh food, especially fish needs to be done to order but it would have been nice to be warned of the delays.
