Great food although crab in crab salad a little dry. Mussels were excellent. Service could have been a bit faster.

Went for lunch with a friend that had never been . Food glorious Service glorious Venue /setting glorious Friendly but professional staff Attentive Food fresh beautifully cooked & presented 10/10 for Ed and his team best lace to eat in the south

Great food - frankly the best moules on the south coast with a delicious sauce that has to be soaked up with huge chunk of bread. The halibut main was superbly flavoured & textured to perfection. Our table enjoyed four different seafood - halibut, crab fish cakes, dressed crab salad and tempura cod. Kate is always a great host, showing true care for every diner. The Deck outside area can get warm in direct sun, but when we dined there yesterday it was sunny with a lovely cooling breeze. Will be back again to The Deck overlooking the marina in Emsworth very soon.

Three of us shared a main of garlic prawns as a starter, and then ordered different mains. My scallop with chorizo was a light meal, made substantial with the side of sweet potato fries, and my friends enjoyed their fish of the day (lemon sole) and crab cake very much. We shared an eton mess for pud. We enjoyed a couple of bottles of chilled white wine, and also an espresso martini each at the end of the meal, which we took and had on the balcony. Service is always perfect, and the team do a great job - even on a warm July evening with a fully booked restaurant.

We are regular visitors and I think the staff are super, efficient and attentive and the food really good, especially the fresh fish, I love the venue, my only criticism is that the online booking system misled my, I shall telephone from now on.
