Another outstanding visit to The Deck. The whole experience was first class and the food, in particular the mackerel starter, was excellent.

The only negative aspect was that there was no seabass. We were three guests who all chose and enjoyed the aubergine. It was spacious and several tables free - was that because of your efficient table planning booking or just that you weren’t very busy? We were very pleased when the radio volume was turned down. Excellent experience thank you.

We had a lovely time, and the food was delicious. I ask for A smoked salmon salad which wasn’t on the menu, but they were more than happy to make one for me. Great service I’ll be back again

It’s a nice venue but food could be improved. Bacon was rather overcooked and dry. Portions a bit scant particularly the beans. Cup and saucer not that clean either. With this in mind a bit over priced.

Very disappointing. Having been to the Deck on many occasions were we have a light lunch. The Menu has now changed to mainly meals. We decided on a starter as as it was lighter option. My friend had a tomato salad which looked very pretty but very small, myself and friend had the duck parfait which again was very small. We had to buy bread to go with the it. We were given 4 slices of average bread between 3. As non came with the starter. Total bill was £30.50. We felt disappointed with our lunch.
