Food was good but very very small portions and we waited over 35 minutes for our meals to be served. The wine was very expensive too. The staff were lovely and so is the pub but won't be eating in the restaurant any time soon. Also, one of the dogs in the bar wee'd on my foot!!

Only bad comment would be is lemon drizzle cake was dry

Great meal in a lovely pub! Would have preferred to have seen bar menu as well as a la carte - thank you for the crumble pudding, words cannot describe !!!!

We ordered the beer can chicken. It was too herby and spoilt the taste. Overadventurous ingredients and if cinnamon had been listed on the menu ingredients I wouldn’t have ordered it. We love the dog and will be returning.

Best sunday lunch - hot, tasty and just really lovely.
The food was excellent with interesting flavours from the vegetables as well as the lamb and duck. We would choose this restaurant again to go out for a special meal.
