We were excited to explore your cocktail menu, given the reputation of your establishment. However, I found the cocktail recipes to be disappointing and, unfortunately, largely unenjoyable. While I appreciate the creativity behind the menu, many of the drinks were difficult to enjoy and, in some cases, felt undrinkable due to unbalanced flavors. I’d love to see the menu evolve to highlight more approachable recipes that showcase the skill of your team.

Hi, In one of the main dishes (the one with the potatoes and mushrooms), we found a black, curly hair in the food. We complained to the waiter, who checked with the kitchen and came back with the following response: "We couldn’t really identify what it is exactly, it could be a hair, or it could be something else, so your next cocktail is on us." It’s important to note that we were two people — I was drinking wine, and my colleague had a cocktail. The hair was found in my dish, so the compensation didn’t feel relevant, and generally, finding a hair in a dish at a Michelin-starred restaurant ruins the entire dining experience, not just the specific dish. Unfortunately, a free cocktail doesn’t feel like sufficient compensation. Thank you

Absolutely great food with very well-matched pairings. The service was friendly, although we had different waiters throughout the menu. The acoustics made it a bit difficult to hear both the staff and each other at times. Cleanliness would have been a 10 if it weren’t for one smudged wine glass. The pace felt a little slow for the number of dishes (almost three hours). We were the last guests, and while we understand the staff needed to clean and put things away, it felt slightly uncomfortable as it gave the impression the restaurant was closing and that we were overstaying—even though we would have preferred a slightly brisker tempo.

A rare Michelin starred restaurant that is also excellent value for money and errs on the side of the food quality over its (also superb) presentation. Combining a blini with tartare and smoked eel is not something that would occur to most people, but it's one of the finest starters I have ever tried.
