I opted for the tasting menu and what an excellent choice it was! The menu is very creative, combining many different, sometimes unexpected, flavors together and the overall results is always excellent. Personal preference: I just wished the menu included more "typical" wild berries (e.g., cloudberry, sea buckthorn) instead of more traditional ones like blueberry and strawberry.

Food was excellent. The wine menu, however, needs an update. I ordered three wines by the glass, and two of them were not the years stated on the menu.

Given the excellence of the food, we wondered at the offhand (and occasionally dismissive) attitude of one of our servers, who did not refill either our wine or our water glasses and who essentially ignored us except to bring the food. In an ordinary restaurant we would not have wondered, but in one of this quality one hopes for a bit of attentiveness. Perhaps she was having an off night. The monkeys' heads in the decor are an odd, faintly repellent touch. That said, all the food was excellent: the seaweed-ice block for the spring roll was as beautiful as cut crystal, the beef tartare perfectly fresh, the schnitzel also perfect. I cannot recall the last time I had peas so fresh (with the fish). And the two ice creams were inventive and perfectly balanced, with the watermelon granita refreshing and the basil hints in the pistachio sublime. In short, I would recommend it to anyone seeking perfect food, but warn them not to expect much in the way of service

A Michelin restaurant cannot give the guest the feeling that they are on a factory assembly line. And the location of the table behind the wine refrigerator is humiliating and inappropriate at all. The entire atmosphere of the restaurant disappears. I felt that because I am a single diner I was being punished in the worst location in the restaurant.
