Restorano Džiaugsmas rezervacijos taisyklės:

Nuo 16:00 valandos tos pačios dienos rezervacijas priimame telefonu +37063111153.

Taikome 20 eur/asm. rezervacijos mokestį. Mokestis yra nuskaitomas tik neatvykimo ar vėlyvo atšaukimo atveju.

Atšaukti rezervaciją internetu galite likus daugiau nei 24 val. iki rezervacijos pradžios. Atšaukus rezervaciją likus mažiau nei 24 val. arba neatvykus nuo Jūsų kortelės nuskaičiuosime rezervacijos mokestį. Norint atšaukti rezervaciją likus mažiau nei 24 val., susisiekite su mumis el. paštu [email protected]. Kiekvieną situaciją sprendžiame individualiai. Ačiū už supratingumą.

Rezervacijas nuo 7 asmenų priimame el. paštu [email protected].

Rezervuojant staliuką internetu pirmo aukšto ir antro aukšto salėse, restorano salės yra parenkamos atsitiktiniu būdu.

Pasitaikius blogoms oro sąlygoms, rezervavus staliuką terasoje, negalėsime užtikrinti galimybės persodinti jus į vidų.

Jeigu pageidaujate ilgesnio rezervacijos laiko, norite patikslinti svečių skaičių ar turite alergijų, prašome susisiekti su restoranu el. paštu ne vėliau nei 24 valandos iki apsilankymo.

Rezervacijos patvirtinimą gausite SMS žinute bei el. paštu.

Rezervaciją laikome 15 minučių, jeigu vėluosite, informuokite mus.

Restoranas pasilieka teisę nepriimti rezervacijos atvykus didesniam nei nurodytam svečių skaičiui.

Online reservations for the same day are accepted until 4 p.m., after 4 p.m. please call us: +37063111153.

20 eur/pp booking fee is applied. Booking fee is applied only in case of no show or late cancellation.

Reservations can be cancelled 24 hours prior to your booking. In case of no show or cancellation less than 24 hours, the booking fee will be charged. For cancellations less than 24 hours, please contact us [email protected] to deal the situation individually. Thank you for your understanding.

Bookings for groups greater than 7 guests are accepted by e-mail [email protected].

If you want a longer booking time or have allergies, please contact us via e-mail at least 24 hours before your booking.

Bookings are confirmed via text message and e-mail.

Bookings are hold for 15 minutes, please inform us in case of running late.

You may cancel your booking by phone or e-mail if your plans change.

Restaurant may not accept booking in case there are more guests than confirmed.

Pets are not allowed.

The music was a little loud while the restaurant was still empty. Got better when more guests came in. One suggestion I would like to make: skip the bread round in the middle. It felt out of place, and filling up in the middle of the meal wasn't really necessary. Otherwise an all amazing experience.

Unbelievable flavors and an outstanding selection of dishes—truly the best dining experience I’ve ever had. In my opinion, it deserves two Michelin stars, not just one.

Dziaugsmas is in a great position, the restaurant is on an upper floor, but is a bit dark, the name joy honestly poorly reflects in the ambient. We had a bad experience with the service, we chose two glasses of wine, but with one of them there was a problem with the spiller and the waiter made a total mess with it on the table, not one, but two times actually. When it was asked if there were some allergies or ingredients that we don’t eat we told the waiter that one of us can’t eat berries and in the dessert there were blueberries and raspberries. We are honestly disappointed, it didn’t seem to be in Michelin star restaurant
