Restorano Džiaugsmas rezervacijos taisyklės:

Nuo 16:00 valandos tos pačios dienos rezervacijas priimame telefonu +37063111153.

Taikome 20 eur/asm. rezervacijos mokestį. Mokestis yra nuskaitomas tik neatvykimo ar vėlyvo atšaukimo atveju.

Atšaukti rezervaciją internetu galite likus daugiau nei 24 val. iki rezervacijos pradžios. Atšaukus rezervaciją likus mažiau nei 24 val. arba neatvykus nuo Jūsų kortelės nuskaičiuosime rezervacijos mokestį. Norint atšaukti rezervaciją likus mažiau nei 24 val., susisiekite su mumis el. paštu [email protected]. Kiekvieną situaciją sprendžiame individualiai. Ačiū už supratingumą.

Rezervuojant staliuką internetu pirmo aukšto ir antro aukšto salėse, restorano salės yra parenkamos atsitiktiniu būdu.

Pasitaikius blogoms oro sąlygoms, rezervavus staliuką terasoje, negalėsime užtikrinti galimybės persodinti jus į vidų.

Jeigu pageidaujate ilgesnio rezervacijos laiko, norite patikslinti svečių skaičių ar turite alergijų, prašome susisiekti su restoranu el. paštu ne vėliau nei 24 valandos iki apsilankymo.

Rezervacijos patvirtinimą gausite SMS žinute bei el. paštu.

Rezervaciją laikome 15 minučių, jeigu vėluosite, informuokite mus.

Restoranas pasilieka teisę nepriimti rezervacijos atvykus didesniam nei nurodytam svečių skaičiui.

20 eur/pp booking fee is applied. Booking fee is applied only in case of no show or late cancellation.

Reservations can be cancelled 24 hours prior to your booking. In case of no show or cancellation less than 24 hours, the booking fee will be charged. For cancellations less than 24 hours, please contact us [email protected] to deal the situation individually. Thank you for your understanding.

Bookings for groups greater than 7 guests are accepted by e-mail [email protected].

If you want a longer booking time or have allergies, please contact us via e-mail at least 24 hours before your booking.

Bookings are confirmed via text message and e-mail.

Bookings are hold for 15 minutes, please inform us in case of running late.

You may cancel your booking by phone or e-mail if your plans change.

Restaurant may not accept booking in case there are more guests than confirmed.

Pets are not allowed.

Padavėja kalbėjo labai greitai, muzikos fonas neleido girdėti gerai, o prašius pakartoti - nelabai maloniai tą darė. Nejautėm kad esami “welcome”. Patalpos šaltokos ( temperatūros prasme) ir sienų pilka spalva vietomis nutrupėjusi.

Let's start with the service, which was okay but not at the level of a Michelin restaurant. It felt like the waiters were just doing their job and there was really no special treatment. For example, she asked me how one of the dishes was and I answered and it seemed like she didn't really care and she asked because it was her job,And a general atmosphere in the restaurant of a lack of intimacy, lots of people and poor acoustics,The food overall was good and interesting, but there were 2 dishes that really bothered me. I believe that everything on the plate should be delicious and edible, and if I put huge leaves in my main course "for decoration", it should taste good and not just a leaf Same thing with the dessert. I also saw tables next to me where they gave one bite of the excessive mint leaf that you decorated with and put it aside because it wasn't really edible.The general cleanliness was good, I just expected them to clean my table sometimes between courses
