Reservation system horrible! Not possible to reach them in any form - message, phone call, email, to inform / ask about cancellation or being late (our plane was delayed). No clear signs outside, had to ask passers by where it was. Not guided to the table from downstairs. Not speaking local language, the menu was only in english, had to ask for additional in Lithuanian. Got a negative reaction about even asking. Explanations about the food & wine was only in English (didn’t even ask if I understood everything). When I asked for an explanation in lithuanian, was clearly showing dissatisfaction. While serving the green sauce, she spoilt some on the table and didn’t clean. Had to ask for cleaning it. Napkins are not of a high quality and are very thin (not starched and not white). Overall service doesn’t give a welcome feeling, not to say of a Michelin star level. Even a basic restaurant has more hospitality.

It was all perfect, thank you so much for such an excellent experience - food, environment and very friendly staff. The only thing I didn't like as being a vegetarian- the fridge with pieces of meat in the main hall in 2nd floor. Maybe that "decoration" can stand in kitchen instead? :)

Tobulai pagaminta žuvis ! Desertas labai didelis ir saldus,panaikino visą skoni. Triukšminga,muzika groja garsiai. Aptarnavimas...nei viso gero, nei "sugrižkit dar",užsieniečiai rujėjo labiau. Bet tai mano subjektivi nuomonė. Antra kart neeisim.
