Erzino šlapias stalas, balutės susidarydavo nuo gėrimų taurių. Gal verta kažką dėti po jomis, nes jei gėrimai šalti, visuomet nuteka kondensatas.

Service was not bad (it was friendly and attentive) but could be improved and refined to be on par with other Michelin starred restaurants. Music was sometimes distracting and detracted from the experience.

The amazing food was unpleasantly ruined by the annoyed and apathetic female waitstaff who welcomed and served us throughout the night. We wanted to try out the Michelin food scenes of Vilnius and Kaunas and by far she was the most uninterested in engaging with her customers. Even Michelin starred sushi chefs in Tokyo were more talkative… Asking to taste the available orange wines were too much for her (there was maybe 2 other tables on the ground floor) so we did not even bother asking for another glass. Asking for a specific component of a dish should not feel like being stupidly lectured as to what’s the difference between onion and shallot. If you want a more fulfilling dinner go to Nineteen18 or Pas mus, a more comfortable experience.

Bendrai buvo labai skanu. Paliko ispudi oro blynelis ir naujas tartaro priedas. Nuliudino: Kainu pasikeitimas per paskutinius metus, bei desertas. Krapu ledai paliko menka ispudi, pistaciju nesijaute ir rabarbarus dominavo krapu skonis. Toks desertas labiau atrode tiktu kaip starteris
