It was our first time at Dziaugsmas and we enjoyed it very much. The food was amazing! Local but with a nice twist. The only drawback was the quality of wine pairing and the price of wine (and alcohol in general). We will certainly be back :)

Maistas ir aptarnavimas nepatenkino musu lukesciu. Neradome isradingumo ir imantrumo patiekaluose, kuriu dazniausiai netruksta Michelin’o restoranuose.

The service did not match the food. Also, a wait of 20 minutes before the first course / starter arrived was too long. So was waiting 9-10 minutes to pay after having recieved the check. The petit fours were not good. We had a tasting menu.

I have had the privilege of eating in quite a few Michelin star restaurants around the world but I am afraid to say that this has been the most disappointing. Maybe I am getting a bit old but seeing young inexperienced waiters exposing their tattoos in short sleeves to be feels more like a pub experience and so by the way does the huge piece of bread that was offered to us at the beginning. I am not sure how you have secured a Michelin star, maybe it’s also a reflection of the general food standards in Lithuanian. You are a long way from being a leading food city but with more discipline and dedication you will get there in the end.















Sveiki, kukurūzų krepšelis su antiena buvo blankaus skonio. Nesijautė skirtingų ingredientų, atrodo, jog viduje buvo įprastas antienos troškinys. Aguonų krepšelis su upėtakiu - labai skanu. Jautienos šonkauliai su porto padažu - labai skanu. Labai netinkamas derinys pasirodė kartu patiekti bulves, sluoksniuotą tešlą, morkas natūralaus jogurto padaže. Tiesiog niekas nesiderino tarpusavyje... Juodojo šokolado sfera - vienodo skonio derinys - nesijaučia jokių variacijų. Siūlant derančius vynus prie patiekalų gerai būtų apie kainodarą užsiminti. Vakaro eigoje taurės kaina stabiliai augo.
