Only down fall was the waiting time of 45 minutes for our food, but apart from that our first visit to the fairway was brilliant, will gladly go agai, & we have referred the fairway to our friends & family

The vegetables on the carvery were hard and were clearly undercooked from frozen. The table was clean but had a sticky film on it that made it feel grubby. The table we were given was two circular tables for 10 people pushed together which made it difficult to socialise. The carvery queue, when busy, infringed on the privacy of our table. People stood queuing next to you while you try to eat.

The food were standard but nice enough. The atmosphere were ok apart from children in the play area just running riot and going in the baby/toddler area knocking my 10 month old niece all over, had to tell them numerous times. The children are just left to their own devices and the poor lady in there who were working so hard had to do the till/face paint and try and to supervise so needs to be more staff. My main concern were the fact that I pre-booked a table as it were my sons birthday, I had specifically asked for a table to be reserved near the play area as we had some younger children with us so it would be easier access for them. We then arrived to a table the other end of the restaurant as they had given our table away ( we were literally 5 mins late) there were no table left to sit at and were told there were nothing they could do about it. We then said we would wait as people were finishing and basically just got left to our own devices clearing a table of food ourselves. They were really short staffed, they were really slow at clearing tables etc because they were all over the place. I saw one of the girls that worked there reply to another staff ‘I can’t wait to go home, this place is driving me crazy.’ It wasn’t the best experience I’ve had and hopefully the staffing etc will be better next time.

All in all excellent value for money
