I celebrated my birthday early at Fernando Gastrotheque and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. All of the dishes were phenomenal and the flavors were something I never would have imagined. Getting to try local fish that I've never had before made it even more memorable. The service was above and beyond, as everyone was incredibly kind, offered the best recommendations, and were always there to answer any questions. Dishes came out with perfect timing. A very relaxing environment that was also uplifting with plenty of humor throughout my experience. Thank you so much, I can't recommend Fernando Gastrotheque enough!
