The food was delicious and perfectly balanced! Fantastic food experience. We really enjoyed each dish from the tasting menu and the wine pairing couldn't have been better! She explained the choice of wine in depth, its story and why it pairs well with the specific dish. We couldn't agree more. Therefore excellent service and outstanding food! We've been to other top restaurants in Malta but Fernandõ knows how to balance the food very well and the most consistently. One comment on the ambiance- we thought the table was too long across each other. But was a perfect room temperature and good warm lighting. Thanks for the great evening we had!
