Splendid as always!

I would like to start the review by saying that I love the restaurant always have (the 4 times I dined there) and always will come back .... Food: the palate was great on the amuse bouche and the starters (oxtail and scallops) portion wise I wished it was more generous give the price ... Still it was amazing.. Main course was the beef.. to my guess it was sueveed. Presentation wise excellent however it was slightly dry (also my girlfriend was slightly dry) Service: I asked for the wine by the glass menu and it too over 15min to have a waitress to hand it over.. I really appreciated the waiter (Italian from Assisi if I'm not mistaken) whom has a vast knowledge on the wines and for wine pairing.. he gave a professional service, hint of good character and had a sincere apology for a wine that wasn't in stock. Ambience: love the vibe and environment (table 20 could use slightly more light as even the waiters were struggling to place the plates and filling up the wine glasses. Cleanliness : 10/10 FYI I love the place I'll still come back again.. it's perfect for romantic dates.. and my girlfriend loves the place too much ...
