This was our second time at Fernando Gastrotheque after exceptional service and great food on our first visit (about 6 weeks ago). Yesterday's meal was good in terms of food quality however this was overshadowed by a weak service merely focused on upselling. The server seemed to question choices made with regards to the food (we opted for the tapas menu) several times during the meal: 1. When we placed our order she claimed that we are not ordering enough food. 2. When reaching dessert we asked about the sorbet and ice cream selection. The server replied with "I am not sure about this, but there is lemon for sure and you can take the lemon sorbet" 3. At the end of the meal our large bottle of water was finished and we asked for a small one to top up our glass. The response was you should get a large one and not a small one. The server's attitude and behaviour made us feel uncomfortable and lead to an unpleasent dining experience. I would like to make it clear that only one member of staff behaved this way and the service provided from the rest of the team was up to standard.
