Everything was excellent

I had booked a table at your restaurant for Friday night, bringing an important guest visiting from the UK. We were looking forward to a great evening, and while we enjoyed the oysters (which were very tasty), the overall experience left us quite disappointed. When it came time to order our main courses, we were surprised to learn — only after choosing — that most of the menu was unavailable. In fact, we were told there were only three types of fish available. Unfortunately, no one informed us of this when we arrived or before we began ordering. To add to our disappointment, we also requested Aperol Spritz, only to be told that you were out of Aperol. For a restaurant of your reputation, and especially for a pre-booked dinner with an international guest, this lack of communication and limited availability was very unexpected. I hope this feedback helps you improve the experience for future guests.
