I have emailed you some comments we had the most amazing meal served by amazing friendly staff nothing was to much and we sat outside I just though that outside could have been tidier, swept and actually could be made to look more welcoming I gave you a 9/10 if you sorted outside it would have been 10/10, i think if you drive past which living near by we do a lot, your place doesn't scream stop here and check us out of course it's not on an easp place to check out you can't go past slowly it's a dangerous junction but the outside seating and front could look better in my opinion and be more comfortable we spent £110 for 3 adults and 2 kids we would on other occasions have had more wine and the bill would probably have been over £150 closer to £200 and normally there is a bigger group for that spend we think a nicer looking more comfortable seating area would be a real bonus and give you the 10/10 wow factor, and hopefully achieving this would not cost much cant wait to visit again and have already booked a table for two more dates :)

Lovely place food was good. A few things were not up to standard, 1) the service - whilst the lady was lovely when we asked her if the Egg on the bacon and egg starter should be runny she said ‘I think the chef has a policy on not serving runny eggs for safety reasons’ we knew this was not correct and so my husband asked her to find out what the chef said and of course the chef sent out a perfectly runny egg to sort the problem. The waitress should not have guessed that and it was only because we asked them to check that she did. 2) the chips were a bit dry. Other than that the whole evening was lovely
